What is the best C++ compiler?

Hello there, I've been using Dev C++ for a while, and I just don't like it in general. It has a lot of bugs, and the layout, just isn't that great overall. I downloaded C++ visual compiler, but it lags my computer to Hell whenever I run it. I was wondering, is there a good C++ compiler that you would recommend? Thanks.
