What are the chances that the practice of illegals giving birth to U.S. citizens will be disallowed?

Chances are slim that it will be disallowed, however, more than the child being born here illegally and being given citizenship is one thing, the problem that hacks me off is that the child being exploited by their parents by using this child as an anchor to milk the system, which is where I, personally, have a problem. I am not a fan of welfare, foodstamps and WIC, etc. So, much less, far, far less that someone who has a baby here and then expects others to feed their kid(s).
