Vpython(visual python) help needed...?

I have Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family Graphic Card that supports Pixel Shader 2.0. This is given on Intel website. It is written on vpython website that pixel shader 2 will also work. Materials and textures in vpython don't appear on my pc. Why is this so? Any help to enable materials and textures will be appreciated.
