Are women constitutionally considered citizens of the U.S.A?

Of course they are human beings and they are the majority of people here so of course they are considered citizens so maybe you should know better then to say they constitutionally allowed here I called that sexist but I'm telling don't delete my answer because you need to know about women's rights.
