PROTECTING VICTIMS RIGHTS vs. FAIR TRIAL?
Some judges feel that by protecting victims' rights in the courtroom that they are showing bias toward the victim. In doing so, these judges believe that they are violating the offender's constitutionally protected rights. Do you agree or disagree with this argument? Why or why not?
