Constitutionally what is more important? Civil rights or Religious rights?

Firstly Gay marriage will never be legal in the USA (except for like 2-3 states). Normally Id say Civil rights because people should be more important than religion, however in this case Id go for religious rights because I would not want gay people wedding in my church and noone else would either cause homosexuality is clearly a sin in the bible. Dunno bout Lesbians but gays are not allowed to marry. Thats how it will stay. Churches will win in this case also because the 1st ammendment was the first one in the constitution, wheras civil rights was an add on 80 years after the constitution was made law.
